About us
We commit to working with each Service User, his/her social workers, relatives, personal carers (as appropriate) and all others associated with his/her support towards identifying, implementing & reviewing a personal support plan which adequately reflects his/her needs at any one time.
We aim to assist each Service user to achieve independent living, gaining an ability to take control of their life, achieving as well as maintaining their potential in relation to physical, intellectual, emotional & social capacity.
We strive to provide quality care in a respectful, non-intrusive and non-discriminatory environment which is sensitive to cultural needs. We will maintain confidentiality, upholding the dignity of the Service user while providing cost-effective quality care.
MTM care services & supported living aims to be more than just a service provider but a partner in the sector. We would like all stakeholders to feel happy and in control of the service they receive.

Services
Domiciliary care services -MTM care services is a domiciliary service that offers vulnerable adults the opportunity to live independently at home, but to have an individualised package of support. The service offers the opportunity for individuals to live at home, and to have the support of trained staff to maintaining welfare and choice, support with activities of daily living, support with emotional needs, support with personal care, whilst maintaining a level of independence at home and empowering the individual. “MTM care services” wants to offer a managed service that offers a future to those who need it and be able to see individuals maintain self-respect, confidence, skills, life-style and prospects that are comfortable and at a level that they feel is possible for them to manage independently whilst remaining in their own environment plus within
their local community. We pride ourselves in offering this opportunity to an individual for as long as they need it without the restrictions
of time, and individualising, reviewing and managing their needs, with their input and making support a success. Person cantered care forms the core of the service we provide, and our staff are committed to meeting our aims and objectives:
To deliver a service of the highest quality that will improve and sustain the client’s overall quality of life. To ensure that the service is delivered flexibly, attentively and in a non-discriminatory fashion while respecting each client’s right to independence, privacy, dignity, fulfilment, and the rights to make informed choices and to take risks.
To ensure that each client’s needs and values are respected in matters of religion, culture, race or ethnic origin, sexuality and sexual orientation, political affiliation, marital status, parenthood and disabilities or impairments. To match the nominated worker as closely as possible with the client, and respecting the need to change the care worker in the event of subsequent non-compatibility. To manage the care service efficiently and effectively to make best use of resources and to maximise value for money for the Purchaser / Service User.
To involve service users and carers in the provisions, management and development of services which will be monitored regularly as part of the quality assurance framework ensuring that the service is run in the best
interests of our service users. To ensure that all service users are aware of the procedures of making compliments, comments and complaints.

- patient transport services - MTM care services endeavour's to provide supported transport for our clients who need care while out and about in the local community. The local authorities and private organisations can engage us to provide safe and secure transport and escorting services.
- cleaning services- we provide cleaning as part or additional service to clients in Leicester and all areas of service provision. This service can be structured as follows daily, weekly or fortnightly even monthly cleaning packages.

Our vision is to be one of the leading social enterprises of enablement for Service Users, offering a range of supported housing services, with resources designed to offer choice and opportunity to some of our most disadvantaged youth in our local communities. We believe that Service Users do best when they are in a nurturing family environment, so we have small units with a maximum of five Service Users living in our homes. Our ethos is one of respect for each other’s differences, privacy and beliefs, and we encourage an environment of supporting each other and participation.
